To the attention of the authors of the scientific and practical journal "Journal of Civic Studies" (Category "B")!
The editorial board of the scientific-practical journal "Journal of Civic Studies" invites to cooperation scientists, practitioners, readers interested in the issues of the journal. Submissions are submitted in Ukrainian and English.
PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS:
To publish an article in the scientific and practical journal "Journal of Civil Studies" № 52 for 2024, it is necessary to fill in the author's certificate by the link and send to e-mail Этот адрес электронной почты защищен от спам-ботов. - article;
- a scanned receipt for payment of the contribution fee (sent after passing the review procedure).
Materials submitted in violation of the standards are not accepted for editing and publication. The editorial board reserves the right to edit, reduce, and refine the title. The published material expresses the position of the author, which may not coincide with the opinion of the editor. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the facts, statistics and other materials.
RULES OF DRAFTING AND SUBMISSION OF ARTICLES:
- On the left is the UDC, DOI.
- The full name, first name, patronymic of the author (s), degree, academic title, title and title of the institution are given.
- The title of the article is capitalized and in bold.
- The text should be typed in Times New Roman 14 font at 1.5 intervals, upper and lower margins - 2 cm, left - 2.5 cm, right - 1.5 cm. in the text of the materials.
- The list of used literature is submitted at the end of the article in citation or alphabetical order in accordance with DSTU 8302: 2015 “Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of assembly ». Text links are numbered in square brackets.
- At the end of the text, in Ukrainian and English (if the text is in Ukrainian) - abstract and keywords are provided. The average volume of abstracts in Ukrainian language is not less than 400 characters, in English - 2000–2500 characters. Above the abstract, the author's surname, first name, and title of the article are indicated. The abstract clearly states the main scientific result, which is new and substantiated in the article. Keywords are also given.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Academic integrity
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
The total volume of the article is 10-18 pages.
Scientific articles should include the following necessary elements:
Formulation of the problem;
Status of topic research;
The purpose of the article;
Outline of the main research material with full justification of the obtained scientific results;
Conclusions from this study and prospects for further exploration in this direction.
PUBLICATION CONTRIBUTION:
The publication fee is 1200 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is 50 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version. The journal’s electronic version becomes publicly available on the website duly.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
Articles are subject to internal anonymous peer review and plagiarism testing.
Requisites for payment are sent to the authors together with confirmation that the article complies with the publication requirements.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website after June 30, 2024.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it after July 30, 2024.
